Leadership Programme – Delivery
We are working with a Crown Agency to facilitate their Leadership Fundamentals workshops. These are a series of one day workshops for leaders on topics such as Effective Relationships, Mastering Conflict, Communicating Effectively and Performance Conversations.
The workshops have recently been awarded a bronze medal in the Brandon Hall Excellence in Leadership Development Awards under the category for ‘Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Programme’.
Leading through change – Development and Delivery
We’ve developed and delivered workshops for the same Crown Entity on leading through change to be delivered across the country. Like many organisations, they have a huge amount of change in the pipeline and they are keen to prepare their people early with easy to use, practical tools which is right up our alley!
Through our partnership with On-Brand Partners, we’ve used their Management Matters content as the basis for these workshops.
Leader and specialist induction
We project managed a review of their recently introduced two-day Leader and Specialist induction programme. This was a high-profile event with over 80 attendees, and attendance to coordinate with the SLT, guest speakers, and a formal dinner to organise.
This involved managing the development of the entire programme, including working with their Senior Leadership team and other business leaders to agree key messaging, design presentations, and support the delivery of the two days in Auckland.
Leadership programme – Development and Delivery
We worked with this organisation on a number of projects, and the development of a leadership programme for their management team seemed a natural fit. They were looking for some simple leadership workshops, with a leadership framework co-designed specifically for their organisation as an output of the workshops.
We delivered five workshops over a 5-month period and focused on three types of conversations leaders need to have with their people (Connection, Coaching and Courageous).
We also designed a leadership framework (using some of the workshop outputs) which describes the expectations of their leaders. The final workshop introduced their leadership framework, plus provided the leaders with a self-assessment tool so that individual development needs could be identified along with group trends.
