The Talent Exchange – a unique, innovative approach to talent development
The Talent Exchange programme is a unique and innovative experiential learning concept created by Two Little Birds Consulting and Inside Recruitment to develop your talent.
The evidence is clear that that we learn best from action and experience, and the 70:20:10 rule of learning demonstrates this, however it can be a struggle to provide informal experiential learning opportunities for staff that isn’t a one off training event.
The programme provides your talent with the opportunity to collaborate, gain invaluable insights and alternative perspectives, and understand other organisations and their approach and response to issues.
The Talent Exchange is a structured, targeted programme, where your talent is exposed to new ways of thinking and operating, at another organisation for a short period of time.
