Our People

Two Little Birds Consulting is owned by Claire Turner and Gabrielle Ralph. We both began our organisational development careers working within the business.  This initial business focus has means that we are always conscious of ensuring that any product or initiative developed will meet the end user’s needs and is practical.

Claire Turner

I started out in the capability area over 15 years ago, as an in-house trainer at a large insurer. Following on from this introduction to the world of development, my roles and responsibilities changed and grew until I was leading a team of learning and development consultants as the Organisational Capability Manager for a Financial Services organisation. Since then, I have spent time in the contracting world, and have held senior organisational development roles supporting both public and private sector organisations with their organisational capability needs.

Gabrielle Ralph

I also started my career in people development over 15 years ago, as a trainer at the same large insurer! Over the years, I have supported a number of organisations with their capability development needs in the financial and banking sectors, before moving into leadership and senior organisational development roles.  In 2011, I entered the contracting world before we established Two Little Birds Consulting in 2016.

How do we work?

We use an account management model. This means for each piece of work you will have one key contact, however both of us will work on the delivery. This doesn’t mean duplication of effort, rather two people across the details of the project. Typically, your account manager will take a lead role on the delivery and will be supported by the other Capability Partner.
