The Directors of Two Little Birds Consulting, Claire Turner and Gabrielle Ralph, are experienced Capability Partners who simply love to get things done, from conceptual, strategic thinking right through to tactical delivery. We have a practical approach to developing people and are advocates for solutions that are more than just “send and forget” training programmes.
We are experienced working with senior business leaders in a variety of settings – from large and complex organisations, public sector to private sector, and through to small business enterprises. Collectively, we have over 30 years’ experience in the people capability field.
Claire and Gabrielle have partnered with a number of organisations to deliver organisational development solutions. These have ranged from implementing leadership programmes, performance framework re-designs, management of engagement and onboarding surveys, project managing large scale culture change programmes, onboarding pathways and programmes, and facilitating team management profiling group sessions and individual coaching.
How we work
Often organisations do not have the requirement for full-time organisational development teams, or else have discrete pieces of work that the business as usual team does not have capacity to manage.
By partnering with Two Little Birds, you have a duo available that get to know your business and are able to partner with you to deliver on projects. You have the advantage of having two senior level organisational development consultants on hand, who you can utilise to support the delivery projects as and when required.
We work with an account management model, meaning for each piece of work you will have one key contact, however both Claire and Gabrielle will work on the delivery. Typically, your account manager will take a lead role on the piece of work, and will be supported by the other Capability Partner.
